What is a Peaberry? We get this question a lot, so we wanted to bring you one! Introducing Peaberry Passion, a Limited Batch we just roasted. A Peaberry occurs when a single seed grows in the coffee cherry instead of two.

Our Coffee Club has been loving the naturals we have been offering, this one is also exceptional with a complexity of flavors. This natural was dried in the cherry, in the sun, on raised clay patios. We loved the cola overtones and zesty, fruity pop of flavor.

Introducing the Guatemala Geisha (pronounced Ge-sha), a new varietal we have added to our suite of coffees. Our featured roast this month is from San Marcos in northwestern Guatemala and is an exciting addition from this farm.
