Our Q-grader and green bean buyer source the finest coffees from around the globe and then works with our roasting team to finalize the perfect roast profile for each coffee. Roasting small batch coffee showcases the beauty of global variations and ensures the freshest roast possible.
Tradition
Before roasting coffee in Hawai'i, Brian was a Fire Fighter in New York City. After 21 years of service, he retired from the FDNY as a Lieutenant. Lindsey was on Wall Street and was ready to move. Her mom grew up in Kailua, Hawai`i and was excited to move to the state where coffee grew and enjoy the outdoors. Whether in the Firehouse or in a Corporate Office, coffee brings people together, which are what Brian and Lindsey continue to work toward with their cafe and roasted coffee.
