MEET THE BEAN
Roaster's Select Hot & Steamy
Our Coffee Club has been loving the naturals we have been offering, this one is also exceptional with a complexity of flavors. This natural was dried in the cherry, in the sun, on raised clay patios. We loved the cola overtones and zesty, fruity pop of flavor.
Roaster's Select Endless Summer
Introducing the Guatemala Geisha (pronounced Ge-sha), a new varietal we have added to our suite of coffees. Our featured roast this month is from San Marcos in northwestern Guatemala and is an exciting addition from this farm.
Coffee and Heartburn
Dark Roast • It might seem that the darker the coffee, the more stomach symptoms it might bring on, but the opposite is actually true. Roasting coffee brings out the best in a natural compound that actually suppresses the production of stomach acid.
Coffee for Cinco de Mayo
Our featured Roast of the Month, is a cup of java from Mexico crafted especially for our Tradition Coffee subscribers! The México Chiapas Mayan Harvest Women's Group has a name as big as its purpose — over 160 family farms work to bring you these coffee beans.
