Meet the Bean
This coffee reigns from Acevedo Colombia and was produced on 5 small, family-owned farms who collaborated together to follow the same post-harvest procedures. Itʻs a true “community” harvest. Each family focused on a very selective picking and processing method to match the incredible quality coffee that you will find in this cup, complimenting what this region has come to be known for.
Flavor notes are crisp apple and sweet toffee with hints of chocolate. Those who are brewing pour overs are going to enjoy the fresh and crisp snap in the coffee which is associated with the vibrant acidity. If you’re brewing french-press immersion, the enhanced body will accentuate the sweetness in the cup.
Basically, you can’t go wrong bringing this coffee with you to take on the day — it's amazing how the world begins to change through the eyes of a cup of coffee!
