How much should each bag cost?

To ensure the maximum contribution to your cause, our fundraiser bags (10 oz) are set at a minimum price of $25.00. This premium price point reflects the specialty quality of the roast and ensures a significant portion of every sale goes directly to your organization.

How do supporters get their coffee?

We offer two options at checkout: Local Pickup (free at Tradition Coffee Roasters) or Flat-Rate Shipping for supporters off-island or on the mainland.

When and how are funds distributed?

Once the campaign window officially closes,we tally the total sales and issue a check to the organization within 7–10 business days.We love to celebrate your success with a fun photo op during the check presentation to help share the word!

We also invite you to share a brief testimonial about what you’re most excited to use the funds for so we can highlight your organization after the fact.
