RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
What is your return policy for merchandise?
We offer a 30-day return policy for non-roasted coffee merchandise. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@traditioncoffeeroasters.com so we can make it right.
How does the refund process work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
Can I exchange an item?
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and make a separate purchase for the new item.
SHIPPING POLICY
When will my order ship?
To ensure peak freshness, we ship orders Monday through Thursday. We avoid shipping before weekends to prevent orders from sitting in warehouses. If a specific coffee is out of stock, it is roasted the following Monday and shipped on Wednesday.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. Timing may vary due to roast schedules, holidays, or carrier delays.
What shipping options are available?
We utilize USPS and FEDEX. We offer FEDEX 2-Day for the mainland and FEDEX Overnight for inter-island orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 with code FREESHIPPING
Do you offer international or military shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally; please email us your details for a custom invoice. The recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees. We are always happy to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses

What is Tradition's Coffee Club?
Our Head Roaster, a certified Q Grader and Processor, hand-selects specialty coffees ranging from naturals and washed to experimental anaerobic processes and rare Geshas.
What can I expect from the subscription?
The Coffee Club is designed for adventurous drinkers who enjoy exploring varying flavor profiles and origins. Most coffees are roasted light, with occasional medium or dark roasts.
When will my subscription ship?
Coffee Club orders arrive on or around the 1st of each month. Orders placed before the 20th receive the current month’s selection; those placed on or after the 20th start the following month.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can cancel, modify, or pause your subscription at any time by clicking the links provided in your order confirmation emails, logging into your account on our website, or by emailing info@traditioncoffeeroasters.com for assistance.
Which size should I choose?
For one person having one 6-ounce cup daily, 1–2 bags per month is recommended. Gift subscriptions are available in 3, 6, or 12-month increments, but please reach out to us if you would like to arrange a custom subscription plan.

How do I know which coffee to choose?
We offer both whole bean and ground options. If you aren't sure where to start, try our coffee finder quiz on our website or email info@traditioncoffeeroasters.com with your flavor preferences.

How do you source and ensure quality?
We source only specialty-grade coffee that meets the Specialty Coffee Association’s Coffee Value Assessment standards.
We do not perform separate mycotoxin testing, as our coffee is vetted via strict upstream quality controls, including 11% moisture checks and evaluation by licensed Q-Graders.
When can I expect a response to my message?
As a small business, we strive to respond promptly, though emails received after 3:00 PM HST Friday through Sunday will be answered the next business day.
