November has a way of reminding us what matters most. Before the rush of the holiday season begins, Thanksgiving invites us to slow down, pull up a chair, and simply be together. Together was created for those moments: long mornings around the table, conversations that linger, familiar faces, and the simple joy of sharing something good with the people we love.

This washed Pacamara comes from a collaboration of small producers working with Gold Mountain Coffee Growers in Jinotega, Nicaragua. Grown at 1,300 to 1,500 meters, this unique variety is known for its exceptionally large beans and, from these producers, a remarkably consistent juicy apple sweetness. In the cup, it reminds us of wandering through an apple orchard and the warm, sweet smell of apple pie baking in the oven, flavors that feel made for this time of year. Much like Thanksgiving itself, this coffee is the result of people coming together, sharing their work, and creating something better Together.
