One of the most popular coffees we've had over the years was our Honu Coffee. It was a beautiful natural-processed, cherry-forward coffee with sweet honey notes, and a die-hard following. Sadly, this unique bean eventually ran out, as all coffee vintages do.

We've searched high and low for a replacement, which has been heavily requested by all (customers and Tradition staff alike), which is why we are so excited to announce that Honu II is here! A perfect cherry bomb, with the syrupy sweetness of cola and a juicy melon finish, this natural Colombian bean is a refreshing light roast that's great no matter how you brew it.

As a modern espresso, it has an intense luxardo cherry punch that is best on its own, needing absolutely nothing. Enjoy this limited edition bean while it's here, and see what the hype is all about.
