Pulling a shot of espresso and watching the river of colors stream down into the demitasse is one of my most favorite coffee visuals. The beautiful spectrum of brown, caramel and blondes collect to form the perfect shot. When pulled correctly at the perfect extraction near that 27 second mark, the taste is as beautiful as the pull.
Our espresso blend helps the barista in you deliver an espresso shot that is rich, smooth and creamy. It has the necessary strength for milk pairing when used in latte based drinks yet it’s smooth enough to be enjoyed as a stand alone sipper.
