Reflecting on 2025 with Gratitude

This past year has been shaped by connection, trust, and community. We’re grateful for the people who continue to support Tradition Coffee Roasters and help us grow together.

Reflecting on 2025 with Gratitude

Aloha,

As 2025 comes to a close, we want to pause and say something that never gets old, yet never feels big enough:

Thank you.

Lindsey and I feel incredibly blessed by the support that surrounds us. What began with loving family and friends who believed in us from the very beginning has grown into an incredible community that shows up every single day. We love seeing your faces in the café, talking story, and sharing life’s milestones together. And we love seeing familiar names on the bags of coffee heading out across the islands and the mainland. That connection means everything to us. Thank you.

To our growing team—thank you. Your passion, commitment, and focus on our shared goals are the heartbeat of Tradition. We genuinely love working alongside you and watching you grow, both professionally and personally. That growth has become one of the most meaningful and unexpected rewards of being business owners. Each year, as a company, we seem to shed our old skin and evolve into something stronger, more refined, and more beautiful—and you are a huge reason why. Thank you.

To our partners who trust us with your coffee and your businesses—thank you. From day one, our mission has been to earn trust through value, quality, and consistency. We’re deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve you, to build lasting relationships, and to continue raising the bar together. We look forward to many more years of working side by side. Thank you.

To the partner businesses and service providers who keep Tradition running, you matter more than you know. You understand that small business is the backbone of a strong and thriving community. You help keep our doors open, our equipment humming, and our website live. We couldn’t do this without you. Thank you.

This list could go on and on—from the biggest supporters to the quiet contributors behind the scenes. There are simply too many to name individually. So we’ll close with this:

From our ʻohana to yours…
From our business to yours…
From our space to yours…
From our team to yours…

We wish you a joyful holiday season and a safe, healthy, happy, and prosperous New Year.

With love and deep gratitude,

Brian & Lindsey
