LAVA LEGACY (Dark)

By popular demand, we are adding a Dark Roast to our line up of regular coffees. We wanted to highlight the complex beauty that comes from coffee grown in volcanic soil. The "Legacy" of a dark roast is ingrained in American coffee drinking culture and we wanted to contribute to that Tradition while also paying tribute to Hawai`i's rich volcanic geography.

When coffee is grown on volcanic slopes, it creates good drainage and run off, which coffee trees prefer. You will find more minerality, earthiness and hearty notes in this brew, creating an optimal dark roast.
